Ears Ears Easrs

Well as most of you know about a year ago we put tubes in Kamyrn's ears, they should last about 6 to 12 months, fall out and then everything should be fine. But of course there is nothing normal about my daughter. Shortly after the beginning of the year Kamryn had bunches of "gunk" coming out of her right ear and they smelled like dirty feet. We didn't think much of it, but I called and talked to the nurse. She said bring her in, so we did. Another ear infection, that is what I thought the tubes were for. The left ear was coming out and no infection; however, the right ear still had its tube and an infection. So we got some antibiotics and went home. Went the next week for a check up--still infection, more antibiotics and send us on our way. Went back after 10 went back again and guess what--still infection. Now we have moved into the shot stage and a trip back to the specialist, this brings us to last week. We went to her specialist, the right tube is still there but has moved--apparently not a good thing, oh and by the way still an infection. So another shot and another visit this morning, now to see if we need to go back for surgery. I was optimistic; however, the last couple of days she has been itching and grabbing her right ear, we will see what happens. I will let you know!!! As for her brother, Kyle has a track meet tonight-wish him luck.
